Speaking and Fees
Bio
Gayle Buske is the President and CPPM (Chief Pistol Packin’ Mama) of Survival4Chicks, where we cook with one hand and shoot with the other. Survival4Chicks was born of a realization of how many women own handguns but don’t know how to use them to defend themselves. As a Master Firearms Instructor, NRA Certified Instructor, and a former member of the United States military, Ms. Buske is uniquely qualified to speak to firearms and personal self-defense.
Gayle enjoys spending her free time with her husband, Jim, their daughter Madison, practicing Yoga, reading, hiking, off-roading, watching NASCAR®, and of course spending time at the range.
Survival4Chicks provides women-only firearms and survival training.

Speaking Topics
Ms. Buske can speak on any of the following topics, tailored to fit your time allotment:
1) An abbreviated Personal Defense Inside the Home (usually an all-day class) where I’d discuss aspects of personal protection in the home, along with strategies for home protection.
2) Selecting a handgun (this couldn’t be stretched to more than 1.5 hours)
3) Personal defense tools (covering pepper spray, handguns, tazers, etc.)
4) A little bit of all of the above but more abbreviated.
Ms. Buske is also willing to entertain other topics if you have other ideas in mind.
Room Set Up
If you have already scheduled Gayle to speak, please use the following as a guideline for room setup. If you have any questions, please contact Ms. Buske.
• A raised platform or stage. This stage should provide the audience an unobstructed view of Gayle during her presentation.
• Podium
• 6’ table skirted to match the event.
• A wireless, clip-on microphone. This microphone needs to connect to the room’s speaker system or independent audio equipment.
• Speakers located in front and also behind the audience is recommended. Please test all audio equipment prior to Ms. Buske’s arrival.
• A separate light source/spotlight for the stage will help with keeping the audience’s focus on Ms. Buske during her presentation.
• Please do not overseat the room. If you are planning on presenting to 300 people, set chairs for only 300 (or even fewer). This will force the audience to fill all of the seats, including the front row.
• The front row should be no further than 10 ft. from the stage.
• It is requested that the chairs in the room are staggered, instead of directly behind each other. This will offer a better view to the audience members.
• Before the presentation, please request that the audience turn off all cell phones, pagers, etc.
• Using a dark backdrop on the stage will help accentuate the presenter during the event.
Travel Information
Gayle asks that the client prepay and book all travel and hotel arrangements on her behalf.
Requirements for travel include round trip airfare (from Montrose, Colorado), transportation to and from the event and other expenses (i.e. parking at the Montrose airport, hotel, meals etc.).
